Problem: You have been using the PIVKey successfully to log on to a Windows machine using domain logon. After making changes to the card, you are now not able to log on anymore, but windows does not provide a useful error code.
If you have made changes to the card, and are using the default Windows PIV driver, then see the "Key Container Not Found" article.
If this is not the problem, then try the following:
Ensure that the PIV certificate mapping has not changed and is correct.
Install the PIVKey Minidriver on the client and server computers.
